Prof Christopher Findlay, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Professions at the University of Adelaide was in Jakarta in April 2016 and shared his thoughts with Australian alumni on how Australia and Indonesia could get the most out of a trade agreement. He said the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement was not a negotiation but rather a discussion, and that to have the greatest impact for both countries, the agreement should focus on digital economy, disruptive technologies and new ways of getting business done.
