Applicants must submit with their application all relevant supporting documents listed in the Scholarships Policy Handbook.
Applicants must also provide the following essential documents to meet the specific requirements for Indonesia. If at least one essential document is not provided, your application will be automatically rejected:

1 Applicants for the Masters Awards must attach a certified DIIl degree certificate/transcript if using a DIV or S1 extension certificate/transcript. Applicants for the PhD Awards must attach certified S1 and S2 certificates/transcripts.
2 The IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE results must be current (within two years of the closing date of application). No other English language test (including the TOEFL prediction test) results will be accepted.
3 Masters by Research or PhD applicants should provide two academic referee reports. Masters by Coursework should provide one academic referee report. A template for the preferred format of the report can be downloaded here.
4 Masters by Coursework should provide at least one other referee report (e.g. a work/organisation supervisor). A template for the preferred format of the report can be downloaded here.
5 The Nominating Agency Declaration document can be downloaded here.
6 Must be certified by the official records department of the institution/university that originally issued the document/s, or notary.
