Supporting documents
Applicants must submit all relevant supporting documents listed in the LPDP-Australia Awards Scholarships Guidelines with their application. Photocopies of certified documents will not be accepted.
Applicants must also provide the following essential documents to meet the specific requirements. If at least one essential document is not provided, your application will be automatically rejected:
- Personal Biodata
- National Identity Card (KTP)
- Scan of the original or legalised Bachelor's Degree certificate or a Certificate of Completion (SKL)*. A letter of termination as a student from the university for those who did not complete their studies.
- Scan of the Bachelor's Degree Transcript (not Professional Transcript)*
- Document of degree equivalence and GPA conversion from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology/Ministry of Religious Affairs or a screenshot of the degree equivalence and GPA conversion application (for applicants who graduated from a foreign university)
- Original and valid Foreign Language Certificate as required
- Letter of recommendation from a community or academic figure (can choose online form or upload)
- Proposal letter from the official in charge of human resources for CPNS/PNS applicants according to the provisions
- Declaration letter in the application form when submitting (attached points)
- Personal profile on the online registration form
- Commitment to return to Indonesia, post-study plans, and plans to contribute in Indonesia.
- Scientific publications, achievements in competitions/non-competitions, and organisational experience (if any)
* Must be certified by:
- The official records department of the institution that originally issued the document/s; or Notary.
