Recently in late May, Australian alumni and NCP scholars had the privilige to hear Derval Usher, Head of Office for Pulse Jakarta, gave a talk on how Indonesia's data innovation landscape has evolved and changed dramatically. During the Australia - Indonesia Youth Leaders Seminar held at the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, Derval stated that young people in Indonesia have to acknowledge the situation surrounding the digital era and utilise it for the public good.
“You are the consequential generation, you are the tech-savvy expert, you are the digital natives. You are the ones that are going to drive this data revolution that we are living in,” said Derval to the modern youth of today.
